ROUTE
From Málaga airport take direction Málaga, Motril, Almeria (Ma 20 - A7).
Take exit 272 Velez-Malaga and keep left on the fork , turn under the A7 on the A356.
Keep this road untill you reach Viñuela lake (don't take Viñuela exit).
Cross the dam over the lake (you have a view on case los montes on the left in the distance).
Take the exit Los Romanes on the exit turn (cross the road, take care) to the MA 129.
Go uphill and take the second road left, called "Camino Los Montes". The road continues very steep up (firts gear!) and then down again.
Take the first exit to the left (there is rock mentioning "B&B Los Montes").
Follow this road and go left uphill on the next junction to Casa Los Montes.
To collect the keys go to Dirk and Martine at their B&B.
It takes about 40 minutes from the airport to your Casa Los Montes !

Additional information about rental rates
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. The villa is available from 4 pm on arrival day and guests are requested to vacate by 11 am on the day of departure. Please note, deposit and final payment is non-refundable.Rental includes: bed and bath linen, water, air conditioning and electricity. In the very rare event of extreme cold we reserve the right to add a small additional surcharge for extra heating.
Casa Los Montes is professionally cleaned at the end of each stay (included in the rental price).
A small surcharge may be levied should extra cleaning prove necessary.

Given the nature of the internet, we would like to reassure you that we pride our selves on complete honesty and transparency in all our dealings. We invite all enquirers to leave a telephone number along with their enquiry to enable us to call or mail you back and establish direct contact with you if you so wish.
A security deposit of €250 is required along with the booking deposit. The amount will be refunded in full, less any damages, breakages or extra cleaning charges no later than two weeks after the end of your holiday.
We reserve the right to alter or change amenities if necessary. Clients will be informed accordingly beforehand.
Insurance
We request that the Client and his/her party are insured for all risks associated
with the rental of the property.
General Conditions
We will ensure that, on arrival, the bedrooms are made up and ready for use in accordance with the your instructions (e.g. extra baby bed).
When we receive your deposit we will send a confirmation of the booking which is also a receipt for the deposit.
Cancellation
Refund of amount paid at time of cancellation:
100% – Up to 28 days after making the booking.
50% – From the 29th day after making the booking to the 28th day (28th day not included) prior to arrival.
20% – From the 28th day to the 7th day (7th day not included) prior to arrival.
10% – From 7th day to one day prior to arrival (not included)
0% – Day of arrival.
